These terms apply when you use BestPayingApps.com (the “Site”), which is run from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The short version
We publish independent reviews and information about earning apps. It is not financial advice, and nobody can promise you will earn money.
Some links are referral links. We, or a Referral Club member, may get a reward if you sign up. It costs you nothing.
The Club is free. You must be 18 or older, use your own real link or code, and share no personal information.
We are not responsible for what third-party apps do. We do our best, but we cannot promise the Site will always be available or error-free.
1. Information only, not advice
The Site offers reviews, test results, guides and tips about mobile apps, survey sites, reward platforms and similar services. It is general information. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Please do your own research before you sign up for anything.
No earnings promise. What you can earn depends on things we do not control: where you live, your profile, survey screen-outs, payout minimums and changes to an app’s rules. Any amounts, payment proofs or test results we show are examples. Your results will differ, and you may earn nothing.
Apps change quickly. Information on the Site may be out of date, and an app may not be available in your country.
2. Referral links and how we earn money
We are an independent publication, and we earn money through referral and affiliate programs. Many outbound links, including links that end in “-go”, are referral links. If you sign up, reach a milestone or cash out through one, we may receive a bonus, commission or points, at no extra cost to you.
In the Referral Club, a link or code shown on the Site may belong to a member rather than to us. Then the member, not us, may receive the reward.
We choose which apps to cover based on our own testing. Because we may earn a reward when you sign up, please read every review critically and compare more than one source.
3. Welcome bonuses and referral links
The welcome bonuses, sign-up offers and codes shown on BestPayingApps are offered by third-party apps, not by us. They can change or end at any time, may not be available in every country, and are never guaranteed. We do not control the apps’ own terms, payout rules or payment times, so always check them before you sign up. The “Get (app)” buttons use referral links. If you sign up through one, we may receive a reward from the app at no extra cost to you. This never changes how we test or rate an app.
4. Referral Club
The Club lets readers have their referral link and/or invite code shown on the Site when our own referral slots are full.
It is free. We charge no fee, dues or subscription, and we pay no cash or rewards to members. Showing your link or code is a free perk that we give at our own discretion.
Who can join. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live. You must be a new user of the app, registered with our link or code, and meet the milestone shown for that app (for example, a number of verified cashouts). People who already had an account on the app do not qualify.
What you promise when you apply:
- Everything you send is true, and the link or code, and any screenshot or image you upload, is your own and works as described.
- You use an invented nickname (letters, numbers and underscores only), not your real name or your email address.
- You do not enter or show passwords, 2FA codes, bank or card details or any other sensitive or personal information, in the form or in your screenshot. Crop or cover anything personal first.
- Your link and code do not lead to malware, phishing, scams or misleading pages, and promoting them does not break the app’s own rules.
- You tick the consent box, which confirms you have read the Privacy Policy and agree that your nickname and link/code are shown publicly.
What you allow us to do. You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to display your nickname, link and code on the Site, in any page, grid, widget or card, for as long as your entry exists. You keep ownership of your link and code. When you delete your entry, we stop showing it.
What we may do. We decide who is approved. We can approve, reject, pause, move or remove any entry at any time, for example for a broken link, a suspected fraud, an inappropriate nickname, or because the entry is inactive. We may change the rules, the qualifying milestones, the rotation method or the Club itself. Entries with no check-in for 90 days are deleted automatically.
No guarantee. We do not promise that your link or code will be shown, how often, or that anyone will click it, sign up or earn you anything.
Your VIP code. The VIP code we give you is the only key to your entry. We do not know who you are, so we cannot recover a lost code. Keep it safe. To delete your entry, enter it on the check-in page.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use bots, scripts or other automatic means to click links, inflate counts, submit forms or copy the Site;
- try to hack, overload or disturb the Site, or look for ways around its security;
- pretend to be someone else, or submit a link, code, screenshot or image that is not yours or has been edited to mislead;
- post anything unlawful, deceptive, harmful or that infringes someone’s rights;
- scrape, copy or republish our content, data or code without our written permission.
6. Third-party apps, sites and links
We do not own or run the apps, websites and services we write about or link to. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and your relationship with them is only between you and them.
We do not check every Club member’s link or code, and showing one does not mean we endorse it. Check any link before you use it. Never give anyone your passwords or one-time codes.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what happens with third parties, such as account bans or freezes, survey disqualifications, clawed-back rewards, missing referral credits, payout delays, data breaches, or changes to their rules and reward values.
7. Reporting a problem, and takedowns
If you see a link, code or other content on the Site that is harmful, misleading or infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the page address and a short explanation. We will review it promptly and remove content where appropriate. For a copyright complaint, please include the work concerned, where it appears on our Site, and your contact details.
8. Our content
The text, reviews, test data, design, logos, graphics and code of the Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read the Site, link to it, and quote short extracts with a link back. Anything more needs our written permission. Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners.
9. The Site is provided “as is”
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, always online, or that redirects, counters and the Club will always work. We may change or stop any part of it at any time.
10. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost earnings, lost profits, lost data or missed opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or from third-party apps. Where we are liable despite this clause, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to CAD $100, because the Site is free.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for our own intentional or gross fault, for bodily injury, or for rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
11. Ending access
We may restrict or end your access to the Site, or remove your Club entry, if you break these terms or misuse the Site. You may stop using the Site, or delete your Club entry, at any time.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell you on the Site before it applies. If you keep using the Site after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away the rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the place where you live, including any right to go to your local courts.
14. If a clause does not apply
If a court decides that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
